Oomf Chargers Now Available at the Law Library Circulation Desk
Oomf chargers are available at the Law Library circulation desk for your phone charging needs. The chargers are available for no charge for 24 hours. You do have to give a credit card to activate your account. After 24 hours there is a fee of $5 per day (reminders will be sent via email or text). The directions on how it all works are available next to the chargers at the circulation desk but here is an overview:
- Pick up the Oomf device
- Plug your phone or other device into the Oomf
- Go to Oomf.it on your phone
- Sign-in or register
- Stand within 5 feet of the charging device to activate with the 4 letter code on the back of the Oomf
- Even if your phone is completely dead, a friend can activate the Oomf for you.
There are also 9 other Oomf locations across campus but don’t worry chargers are still also available for checkout at the circulation desk.
