Clinical Fellowships- Great Job Opportunities for Current C|M|LAW Students

Looking for a job with good pay, compatible with your academic schedule and with enhanced professional growth opportunities?  Then apply for six available Urban Development Law Clinical Fellowships, which start Summer 2010 and last for one year.   Fellowships include: (1) working with  Neighborhood Progress, Inc. on neighborhood stabilization, development and land use programs, research and litigation support; (2) assisting the Cuyahoga  County Land Reutilization Corp. (Cuyahoga Land Bank) with property acquisition, development and land use programs, research, court appearances and due diligence analysis, or  (3) helping persons who are subject to prosecution in the Cleveland Housing Court for building and housing code violations, and whose title to the property is impaired because of a legal problem making it impossible to resolve their cases.
