New Library Service: Online Study Room Reservation System
C|M|Law Library launch a new Study Room Reservation System in July 2012. Law Students can now reserve study room anywhere and any
time — as long as you can access the internet. The reservation site can even be accessed with your smart phone.
Web access to our study room reservations system is at http://law.csuohio.libcal.com/ You can also reach this link through a button on the law library’s homepage. Smart Phone users can also use this link http://law.csuohio.libcal.com/mobile.ph. If you have any difficulty making a reservation, visit our instructions page or ask a librarian for help.
The rules for this new online system are very similar to the old policies,
- C|M|Law student may reserve a study room for up to three hours each day.
- Study rooms can be booked up to a week (7 days) in advance.
- All reservations require a C|M|Law email address.
- All reservations must be confirmed within 30 minutes of making the reservation.
Failure to completes any of these steps will cause your reservation request to be declined. One of the only negatives to this new system is that we, the librarians, might not get to see as many of you on a daily basis. Feel free to stop by the main desk to say “hi.”
