Parent Sues Chuck E Cheese – Gambling, Breach of Contract

A San Diego woman filed a class action lawsuit against Chuck E. Cheese claiming that many of the games at CEC are illegal gambling devices under the California Penal Code.  Her complaint alleges  “an unfair or illegal business practice, a demand for rescission of an illegal contract and a declaratory judgment that the games  are illegal”  Christine Hurt, Chuck E Cheese’s Gambling and Breach of Contract,  Securities Mosaic Blogwatch May 16, 2011.
