2 Free ECasebooks

September 10th, 2010 by saltmeyer

Two professors at other law schools made their self-created ECasebooks available for free via SSRN in pdf format:

  • Torts Compendium Volume One, Eric E. Johnson – “Casebook on American tort law covering negligence and health-care liability.”  See Professor Johnson’s blog post inviting all faculty and students to use the casebook.
  • Fundamentals of Intellectual Property: Cases and Materials, Thomas G. Field, Jr.

Want to write your own electronic casebook?  CALI will pay ECasebook authors $500 for each chapter they write.  See our prior post Earn Money/Get Help Publishing a Digital Casebook.

Thanks to Amy Wright of ZiefBrief.
