10/2/2026 IP Conference logo - white & green lettering on black backgroundOn Friday October 2, 2025, CSU|Law is presenting its annual Intellectual Property & Innovation Law Conference, in person and via Zoom.  Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just starting out, expect captivating discussions, practical insights, and networking opportunities.  The keynote speaker will be Steve Potash, Founder and Chairman of OverDrive.  Morning and afternoon sessions will address IP finance and lifecycle, patentability of emerging technology, IP in entertainment and sports, and AI in the practice of intellectual property.  A special student networking lunch and networking happy hour will foster connections between students and leaders in the field.  CLE credit 5.0 hours, including 1.0 professional conduct.  $25 CLE, free for students and those not seeking CLE credit.  Register here.
