Mental Health Apps You Can Trust

There are probably hundreds of apps out there purporting to help you with your mental health. But are they legit? That’s a fair question, and chances are, as a busy law student you don’t have the time to get to the bottom of it. Luckily, the CSU Counseling Center has a list of mental health apps they recommend.
