Catch a Ride to the Polls

October 13th, 2020 by a.burchfield@csuohio.edu

If you live in the City of Cleveland and need a ride to the Board of Elections for early voting or to drop off your ballot in the drop box, there are two organizations offering free transportation to the polls:
VoterDrive

Call 216-294-4261 or fill out a form on their website to arrange for a ride to the Board of Elections.  VoterDrive has options for accessible transportation if you are in a wheelchair or use a walker.  Rides are also available on Election Day. Health and safety procedures are included on their website.

#CastinCLE
Famicos Foundation has launched a digital campaign called #CastinCLE to provide early voting resources. They are also sponsoring shuttles which run west and eastside routes every Tuesday and Thursday in October. The stops and times are listed on their website.  Shuttles will also run on Election Day.  Call or text their Voter Hotline at (216) 306-CAST for assistance. Masks and social distancing on the shuttles are required.
