Restorative Yoga in the Quiet Room

Join C|M|LAW’s own Julie DiBiasio each Monday this Spring Semester in the Quiet Room for a 30-minute restorative yoga session. The sessions will be from 12:00-12:30p each Monday, and no mat is needed. The sessions are gentle enough that you can wear your regular clothes, no yoga gear is necessary. The Quiet Room is located in the Learning Commons. Take a study break and treat yourself to a little self-care!
