Directory of Federal Court Guidelines on Westlaw Includes Judge Specific Information

The Directory of Federal Court Guidelines is available on Westlaw.  The directory is published by Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, and is compiled in cooperation with the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation.

The Directory allows users to research by specific topic such as discovery motions, courtroom decorum or voir dire, and across different judges within a district and across the circuits.  So no matter which judge is hearing your case you will be able to find their guidelines for conducting your case in front of them.

Note: Westlaw has now switched to their Westlaw Edge platform as of November 1^st for faculty and staff.  Beginning January 1^st it will roll out to student accounts.
