Campus Safety Officers: The People in Green

Incoming students may wonder who the persons are, dressed in green, sitting at the front entrance of the Law Library?  They are called “Campus Safety Officers“, they will be wearing brightly colored avocado shirts/jackets, khaki pants, and green/khaki baseball caps.

The CSO program, which started around 1978, remains strong, and continues to be an extra set of eyes and ears to help with crime prevention.  Also, CSOs will walk you to your car, your dorm room, the bus stop, or anywhere on campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  Just dial (216) 687-2020, or ext. 2020 from a campus phone.

By utilizing the service of a CSO, equipped with a police radio, you are only a button push away from getting immediate assistance.
