Millennials, Boomers, and Xers: Generational Differences in the Law Workplace

Differences between the generations of people you work with and for can affect your work life.  As simple as this might sound (Duh, my grandfather thinks totally different from me) it’s important to know about differences in your efforts to succeed in the law workplace.

The Law Library has a great book on this topic that we have highlighted previously:  The Millennial Lawyer : Making the Most of Generational Differences in the Firm.  Following chapters on topics like feedback, connectedness, and the economy are a collection of useful tools to help Millennial lawyers hone in on what matters to them in their legal careers.
