Practitioner Insights lets you receive the most important practice area-focused content and expert analysis from a dedicated team of attorney-editors. Practitioner Insights is available for the following areas of the law: Antitrust, Bankruptcy, Capital Markets, Corporate Counsel, Corporate Governance, Employment, Energy & Environment, Finance & Banking, Health Law, Immigration, Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions, Products Liability, and Securities Enforcement & Litigation.
Practitioner Insights information can be accessed two ways:
- First, Practitioner Insights pages can be found by typing “Practitioner Insights” into the search box on WestlawNext and selecting the Practitioner Insights practice area of interest to you from the drop-down menu.
- Second, sign up to receive Practitioner Insights Alerts. Navigate to the Practitioner Insights page of interest to you and click the “Set up Alert” link under “My Alerts” on the right side of the screen. Then enter your email address and click “Create Alert.” Practitioner Insights’ expert analysis will be delivered to your email inbox daily.
