Chat with a Reference Librarian and Text Message Too!

We have an all new chat  service , accessible via the Chat button on the library home page, or via https://www.law.csuohio.edu/lawlibrary/referencechat.    You may also send text messages to 216-539-3331.

Chat is available during Research Service hours, which are generally Monday-Thursday 9am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm, subject to holidays and semester breaks.

Users can receive a transcript of their chat session via email.
