Access CALI Lessons by Casebook!
There is a list of CALI Lessons by Casebook, so one can find CALI lessons relevant to particular pages and topics in a Casebook. CALI also has a Lessons by Subject Outline which lists law school subjects such as contracts, property, etc. When you click on a subject, a topic outline appears, for example for property:
1. Possession and Transfer of Personal Property
2. Adverse Possession
3. Servitudes including Easements and Promises Concerning Land
4. Possessory Estates
5. Future Interests
6. Rule Against Perpetuities
etc.
Another way to find relevant CALI lessons is to use the search box in the upper right hand corner. Just type in the concept you want help with, eg. Battle of the Forms or Rule in Shelley’s Case.
