New CALI Lessons: Procedural Forms, Law Memo Ethics

Two new CALI lessons may be of help with your summer clerking assignments:

  1. Researching and Working with Procedural Forms – Using a practical example, the lesson introduces you to the major federal and general form sets, and provides other suggestions for finding procedural forms, ie. forms you would file with a court in the course of a lawsuit.
  2. Ethical Considerations for Legal Memo Writing – Introduces the student to the “ethical and professional considerations associated with the preparation of predictive, interoffice memoranda.”

There are lots of other CALI lessons on legal research which can also help if confronted with researching an unfamiliar area or if you just need a review.  Of course, if you need help finding a form or help with any other legal research project this summer, you can always call (216-687-6877) the research librarians for help or email research.services@law.csuohio.edu .
