Finding Copies of New City Ordinances on Trans Fat, Smoking, Food Trucks

You may have read in the Plain Dealer that Cleveland City Council passed ordinances banning trans fat and prohibiting smoking outdoors in certain locations such as parks, public recreation areas and adjacent to city-owned buildings used by the public.   City Council Passes Healthy Cleveland Ordinance, The Plain Dealer, 4/26/2011.  There is also a recently passed ordinance concerning food trucks.  City Council OKs Legislation for Food Trucks, Carts in Downtown, Neighborhoods , The Plain Dealer, 4/26/2011.  These new ordinances have not yet been incorporated into the Cleveland Codified Ordinances.  To get copies of the ordinances, look at the City Record for April 27, 2011 at page 10 (smoking and trans fat) and page 8 (food trucks).
