New Tools on Groundbooth for Collaborative Learning

If you missed our prior post, GroundBooth is a free outlining tool and study group chat service, designed by law student Art Geigel.  Now GroundBooth has some new features.  From the GroundBooth Ninjas –

“We are happy to introduce two new areas to GroundBooth that are sure to help enrich your law school learning experience: 1. Course Questions and 2. Notifications.
1. Course Questions
Course Questions can be accessed by viewing the course page of any course you’re currently enrolled in.  A third (new) tab listed on this page is the ‘Questions’ tab.  This area allows you to ask your professor a question which then instantly shoots an email off to the professor encouraging him/her to respond.  Each question also allows students to engage in a discussion very similar to Facebook comments that occur after a post.

2. Notifications
We have also added email notification support to GroundBooth so you can instantly know about of friends who join classes you’re enrolled in, friend requests, study group invitations, and more.  You can update your notification settings by logging into your GroundBooth account and visiting http://www.groundbooth.com/profile/ and scrolling to the bottom.”
