Call for Papers: Transitional Justice

The International Journal of Transitional Justice, an Oxford journal, will be publishing a special issue titled ‘Civil Society, Social Movements and Transitional Justice’ in late 2011. The list of potential topics for the issue is broad, and includes such law-related ones as –

  • transitional justice and the international human rights movement
  • role of international actors in norm setting and the establishment of models
  • limitations of civil society in advocacy
  • relationship between local, national, transnational and international civil society

The deadline for submissions is April 1, 2011.
