New Blog Applies the Law to Super Heroes

If Pyro lights Wolverine on fire, knowing this will not kill him, can Pyro be convicted of attempted murder, or merely of assault?
Can the government regulate super powers, such as Superman’s Heat Vision, under the Second Amendment?
Are mutants protected under anti-discrimination laws?

These are some of the questions answered by a new blog, Law and the Multiverse.  Written by two attorneys,  the blog “attempts to reconcile the imaginary and the real, things like immortal superheroes and estate law.”  See John Schwartz, Blog Gives Superheroes and Supervillains Their Day in Court, N.Y. Times, December 20, 2010.
