Update New Research Guide – U.S. Supreme Court 2010 – How Would you Vote?

The first Monday in October puts us all in the mode of U.S. Supreme Court arguments and subsequent decisions.  For those of you SCOTUS aficionados, we present the new research database, U.S. Supreme Court 2010 – How Would you Vote?

There you’ll find a few select cases presently before SCOTUS, each having individual pages with links to relevant material for your consideration (deliberation).

Eventually, each case page will be updated with links to its oral argument transcript, its oral argument audio and to a survey type instrument allowing you to vote on the case’s outcome.

Additional information is available on the bulletin board (old school) located on the Atrium Level of the Law Library,
