Journal of East Asia and International Law

A publishing image of a red dragonvenue you may have overlooked is the Journal of East Asia and International Law, a publication of the Yijun Institute of International Law in South Korea. Started in 2008, the journal “aims to promote research and thinking of legal scholars and practitioners from both East Asia and another regions having its regional focus.” Recent articles have covered such topics as rape as a war crime, international air transport services, self-determination in international law, and international cultural policy. Submissions to the journal are accepted on a rolling basis. The Journal is published twice a year, in May and November. To be considered for the Spring issue, articles must be received by March 1, and for the Fall issue by September 1.
