Connect with CSU Wellness Resources Remotely or In Person

As a CSU|LAW student, you have access to many campus-wide wellness and mental health resources. Taking the time to value and support your own wellness and mental health – even when classes, exams and life in general keep you busy – can really pay off in the long term. This list highlights those resources that are available both remotely and in person.

CSU|LAW Health, Wellness & Belonging – A clearinghouse page of campus wellness information.

CSU Counseling Center Services – Providers are available to talk with you in person or on Zoom for individual counseling and consultation. Various online support groups also available.

Disability Services at CSU – Office of Disability & Testing Services handles accommodations, including accommodations for remote and take home testing.

Wellness Coaching – Wellness coaching uses a person’s own motivations and strengths to identify and support behavior change(s) through a collaborative, non-judgmental partnership. Wellness Coaching can be done in person or remotely.

QPR Training – QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer – the three simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. Training can be over zoom or in person.

BetterYou – A digital coaching app that helps people spend their time on the things that matter most. Set goals for physical, social, educational, and mental wellness, and the app provides you with gentle nudges and rewards along the way.
