Help from the Ohio Lawyers Assistance Program (OLAP) Is Available to You as a Law Student

The Ohio Lawyers Assistance Program (OLAP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping Ohio judges, lawyers, and law students get the help they need for substance use disorders and mental health issues. As a law student, OLAP can provide you with confidential advice about individual problems, and help arranging and implementing formal interventions. OLAP can also help you decide between types of treatment programs, and will be there to monitor aftercare services.

While an exciting time for growth and opportunity, law school can also be a stressful experience, fraught with anxiety, stress, competition, and high expectations. This can lead to mental health problems such as stress, anxiety, and depression. OLAP can help you as a law student with law school-related mental health issues, substance use disorders, and drug addiction. Reach out to them at (800) 348-4343.
