Ohio Supreme Court Rules Restructuring

Effective July 1, the Ohio Supreme Court has announced a major restructuring of the Rules of Superintendence. The rules moved out of the Rules of Superintendence have been relocated into the Rules of Civil Procedure, the Rules of Criminal Procedure, and the Rules of Juvenile Procedure.
