Logo of 2025 IP+ ConferenceOn Friday November 14, 2025, CSU|LAW is presenting an Intellectual Property & Innovation Law Conference.  Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just starting out, expect captivating discussions, practical insights, and networking opportunities.  The keynote speakers will be Donald Chisum, author of Chisum on Patents, the leading treatise on U.S. patent law, and Janice Mueller, author of Mueller on Patent Law and Patent Law.  Chisum and Mueller co-founded the Chisum Patent Academy in 2009.  A fireside chat with the Honorable Richard Linn, Senior Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Honorable Kathleen M. O’Malley, Retired, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, will be followed by a “State of IP” panel featuring Chisum, Mueller, Linn, O’Malley, and Dennis Crouch, Creator and primary Author of Patently-O.  Morning sessions on IP and medicine, sports and entertainment, and finance will be followed by a special student networking lunch to foster connections between students and leaders in the field.  CLE credit 5.5 house, including .5 professional conduct; $25 CLE, free for students.  Attend in person or online.
