Wellness Tip – Plain Old Fun
We are all aware of the tried-and-true methods for relieving or dealing with our stress and anxiety. Journaling, deep breathing, yoga, workouts, and gratitude exercises are all wonderful ways to take care of our mental health and ensure that we are addressing our overall wellness. But, when you feel that a little something different is called for to help you manage the anxiety, stress, and burnout of law school (especially second semester) don’t forget about PLAIN.OLD.FUN!
