Ohio Governor Signs Two Election Related Bills Into Law

Governor Mike DeWine has signed two bills into law from the legislature’s special session. House Bill 1 modifies the Campaign Finance Law regarding foreign nationals and ballot issues. House Bill 2 delays the deadline for a major political party to certify its presidential and vice presidential candidates to the Secretary of State for the 2024 general election. House Bill 2 basically allows Joe Biden to be put on the ballot in Ohio.
