2/9/2024 CSU Journal of Law and Health Virtual Symposium

graphic of CSU Law logoThe CSU College of Law Journal of Law and Health is presenting a virtual symposium on Friday, February 9, 2024.  Expecting Inequity: Race, Class and Reproductive Justice will focus on racial disparities and health outcomes.  The keynote speaker will be Khiara M. Bridges, PhD, JD, Professor of law at the UC Berkeley School of Law.  Panelists will examine the implications of discrimination, racism, and marginalization of communities within maternal and infant health, geriatric health, Medicaid and Medicare services, and healthcare accessibility as it relates to health outcomes in a post-pandemic and post-Dobbs society.  The Symposium will also have a watch party on campus.  Registration is $75 for 5.25 CLE credit hours.  Registration is free for non-CLE attendees and CSU faculty, students, and staff.  Register at the Symposium page.
