We Heard You! New Spaces for Remote Meetings and Classes
In our last set of library focus groups, students expressed a need for spaces dedicated to remote meetings and classes. Since study rooms are dedicated to group study and remote work tends to be a solo experience, the library has invested in five Nooks, now available in B017 on the base level of the library. Like the Learning Commons and our study rooms, these spaces are for current law students only.
Two Nooks have computers in them — for the other three, bring your own devices.
To access BO17, stop by the Information Desk and ask to be added to the room access list. Then take your Viking Card with you to scan in.
For now, no reservation is required for access to a Nook and there is no limit on the time you can spend using one. Though this may change in the future if demand dictates, all you have to do now is request access and show up.
