Virtual Mindfulness Mondays & Wakeful Wednesdays from Mindfulness in Law Society

Need a breather and a minute to refocus? The Mindfulness in Law Society is offering virtual Mindful Mondays and Wakeful Wednesdays every week. The sessions generally include a 20 minute guided meditation, with five minutes of gathering time at the beginning, and five minutes of questions and comments at the end. The sessions are led by guided meditation teachers who are also seasoned lawyers.
