Farnsworth on Contracts and Our Treatises Guide
Edward Allan Farnsworth (1928-2005) was one of America’s most renowned legal scholars on contracts. He taught at Columbia Law School for over 50 years.
Farnsworth on Contracts is now in its 4th edition and is being edited by Professor Zachary Wolfe from George Washington University. This treatise is considered essential by students, faculty, and practitioners alike in the area of contracts.
Farnsworth served as a reporter for the Restatement (Second) of Contracts as well and his treatise shows how the Restatement along with the Uniform Commercial Code has influenced and shaped Contract law. The reader will find case references that are cross referenced along with drafting tips.
