Ten Books on Meditation, Mindfulness and Yoga from Our Collection

Sometimes passive relaxation – like scrolling through social media or binge watching Netflix – is not enough to unwind from a stressful week (or semester) of law school, especially with exams coming up. Adding in active relaxation can help, and meditation, mindfulness practice or yoga can be three great ways to actively chill out.

In the library, we have a great collection of wellness-related books that you can check out. You can find many (but not all) of them highlighted in our Mental Health and Well-Being guide. If you want to look for more titles, search Scholar, the library catalog.

Here are some suggestions for books from our collection specifically about meditation, mindfulness and yoga. If you’d like to check any of them out, click on Find It and then request the book through Scholar, the library catalog. The book will be ready for you to pick up, either in the library on our pick up shelf, or through curbside pickup if you request that option.
