Ten Books from Our Collection to Help You Through Anxiety

Anxiety is your mind and body’s reaction to stressful or unfamiliar situations. It is a normal thing, but when it gets out of hand, it can interfere with daily life. The demands of law school can be a source of anxiety for many students. In the library, we have a great collection of wellness-related books that you can check out. You can find many (but not all) of them highlighted in our Mental Health and Well-Being guide. If you want to look for more titles, search Scholar, the library catalog.

Here are some suggestions for books from our collection specifically about anxiety. If you’d like to check any of them out, click on Find it and then request the book through Scholar, the library catalog. The book will be ready for you to pick up, either in the library on our pick up shelf, or though curbside pickup if you request that option.
