Research Hot Topics with Law Firm Memos on Lexis

With your Lexis Advance password, you have access to a database of over 100,000 Law Firm Memos from over 200 leading law firms. These memos can be useful for gaining insight and ideas for paper and note topics, or for locating legal commentary on hot topics.

Locating the Law Firm Memos is not as easy as typing in the main search box. Instead, you go first to Practice Centers (located under Content Type in the Explore Content tab). From within any of the Jurisdiction or Practice Area or Industry practice centers, you’ll see the box for Law Firm Memos and a link to launch them.

You can search Law Firm Memos by text, firm, or practice area and limit them by date. New memos are added daily. Practice areas cover over 45 topics, including corporate, education, securities, tax, and more.
