Database Trial: HeinOnline’s Congress and the Courts

We have a trial running from now through the end of June on the HeinOnline library Congress and the Courts. This resource features the publication Congress and the Courts: A Legislative History 1787-2010 by William H. Manz, which collects Congressional materials on the Article III Courts. Also included in the library are Federal Judicial Center publications, related federal rules, US Code sections, CFR Title 28 on judicial administration, and select periodicals and scholarly articles on the topic.
