Study Aids from Lexis

On Lexis there are lots of great resources under the Resources tab:

  • Learn CivPro from the recognized expert: Wagstaffe—this resource relies on James Wagstaffe, who teaches newly appointed federal judges civil procedure. The videos make the topics easy to understand.
  • BARBRI Electronic Outlines

Lexis also has Matthew Bender treatises. These titles are used by lawyers and judges and are considered the “bible” for the topics covered. To find them, just go to Lexis Advance, drop down to “Explore Content” and choose “Practice Area or Content.” Choose the topic and you will see all the sources for that topic including Matthew Bender Treatises.
