Research Guides for Help with Summer Work

You probably have the basics of legal research down at this point, but when you start your summer clerkship or other legal position, you could be in for a surprise. You might be asked to research an area that’s unfamiliar to you. If so, you can turn to our research guides, kept current by law librarians. Research guides can provide good ideas for starting places (think secondary sources), as well as leads on the primary law. Topics include admin law, health law, labor and employment law, legislative history, and many more.

Don’t forget, you can always contact a reference librarian for more help.
