First published in 1993, Introduction to Space Law is now in its fourth edition in 2019. Written by Tanja Masson-Zwaan and Mahulena Hofmann and published by Wolters Kluwer, the text provides an overview of topics such as:

  • The treaties governing space law and other sources of law
  • Cybersecurity and the peaceful uses of outer space
  • Human space flight, space debris, and communication in space
  • Satellites, navigation systems, and remote sensing
