Meet Our Library Staff: Tia Pearson

Tia is our Purchasing Agent.  Tia manages the library’s purchasing functions, coordinates facility management needs, and performs administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the Director’s office.  Tia has degrees from the University of Akron and John Carroll University.

Fun facts about Tia:  She is a foodie, our unofficial ambassador of “What’s going on in Cleveland?”, and a 2 time Guinness World Record holder.  The records were for longest human chain to pass a hula hoop, and longest selfie-chain.  Alas, records are meant to be broken and Tia no longer is the record holder for those categories.
