Take the Ohio Bar Exam Strategies and Tactics Course

Are you graduating in the spring?  Are you taking the Ohio Bar Exam in the summer of 2014?  Then you may want to take the Ohio Bar Exam Strategies and Tactics (“OBEST”) class this spring.

Ohio Bar Exam Strategies and Tactics (“OBEST”) is a three-credit law school course that provides you with an opportunity to preview some of the substantive law covered on the bar and to become familiar with the modes of testing: Essays, MBE (Multistate Bar Examination), and MPTs (Multistate Performance Tests.)  This class is a supplement to a commercial bar review class, NOT a substitute for one.

Students who successfully complete the OBEST course and who also participate in other bar preparation programs have higher passage rates than their non-participating counterparts.

For information about this class or for questions related to the bar exam, contact: Mary Jane McGinty, Diretor of Bar Exam Preparation, LB 147,  216-687-2297, m.mcginty@csuohio.edu.

Registration day for students with 55 or more credits is November 11th.  Instructions for registration for the spring 2014 semester can be found here.
