Health Law Treatises & Practice Books on Bloomberg, Lexis Advance & WestlawNext

If you’re taking a health law class, involved in C|M|LAW’s  Center for Health Law & Policy, or planning a note or seminar paper on health law, then you may want to familiarize yourself with the treatises and practice books available to you electronically. One place to start is our Health Law Research Guide, which lists books (print and electronic) on general health law topics, policy areas, malpractice, and food and drug devices.

As law students, you have the three major legal databases – Bloomberg, Lexis Advance, and WestlawNext – at your fingertips. Here’s a chart listing a selection of the many health law related treatises and practice books on the three databases.

Talk to a reference librarian if you need help locating or searching these materials in any of the three databases.
