Study Tip: Use CALI Lessons to Reinforce Specific Points of Law
CALI, the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction, publishes close to 1,000 online interactive lessons that can help you get past a sticking point while studying, or reinforce a concept that you already know pretty well.
For example, out of the 61 CALI lessons on torts, you could choose a refresher on Negligence, or work through the details of False Imprisonment. Upper level classes are covered, too. If you’re in Evidence, you could choose from the 32 CALI lessons, and reinforce the concepts of the Hearsay Rule & Its Exceptions or the Best Evidence Rule.
If you haven’t already, you’ll need to register for CALI using the school’s authorization code.
