9/13-14/12 Utica Shale Conference

image of Utica Shale conference brochure coverC|M|Law is co-sponsoring the Utica Shale:  Issues in Law Practice and Policy conference on Thursday & Friday, September 13th &14th, 2012.  The conference will review hydrofracturing and oil & gas leasing; tax, accounting, and estate planning issues related to such leasing relationships; as well as purchase & sale agreements, financing agreements, and joint operating agreements.  The conference will take place in the C|M|Law Moot Court Room, and it is anticipated that it will provide up to 10 hours CLE.  Additional conference sponsors are the CSU Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Bricker & Eckler, and Tucker Ellis & West.  For registration information, call 216-696-2404.
