Sports Law Guide Updated in Time for Olympics
With the Opening Ceremony of the London Olympics today, lots of people will be turning their attention to sports. As you might know, many of us at the law library are sports fans, too. This summer we’ve fully updated our Sports Law Guide, and transferred it to our new more user-friendly format. The Sports Law Guide can help you find major treatises, books, articles, cases, and current awareness sources for legal issues relating to professional and amateur sports. There’s also a section on Title IX, which celebrated its 40th anniversary this June. The library provides over 80 research guides that can help you answer a quick question, find a book or journal article on a topic, or give you ideas for seminar papers and notes.
