Space Law Research Guide

If you are taking the Space Law class, or just have an interest in the topic, take a look at the library’s Space Law Research Guide. You will find:

  • A non-exhaustive list of books in our library, plus hints for finding more.
  • Links to current awareness materials, such as the Res Communis blog and newsletters on Lexis and Westlaw.
  • Links to: treaties and international documents, statutes for space active countries, U.S. primary law (federal and state) .
  • Primary documents for specific topics, such as space debris and arms.
  • Links to the analogous Law of the Sea, Law of the Antarctic and Air Law.
  • Links to space law organizations and industry.

Some of the materials are the same as on Professor Sundahl’s Space Law course page, others are not.

Any suggestions for items to include on the guide are appreciated. (Leave a comment or email me.)
