The second edition of Tort Law by Christopher M. Ernst, KFO195 .E76 2010 the only treatise focusing exclusively on tort law in Ohio, has arrived at the law library. This pumped up five volume set dwarfs its one volume predecessor. There is a new general section which covers bringing tort actions, choice of law, multiple tortfeasors and other general tort law concepts. The chapters on particular causes of action are significantly expanded, analyzing different fact scenarios and the difference between jurisdictions across the state. There is new material on anti-trust, computer and cyberspace litigation, civil conspiracy, lender liability and more.
