Prof. Curtis Scores a Win with the Ohio Supreme Court

Thanks to Louise Mooney for alerting us to today’s Ohio Supreme Court announcement of its decision in State v. Bodyke, which declared portions of Ohio’s sex offender registration and notification law as an unconstitutional violation of separation of powers.   C|M|Law Professor Kelly Curtis was amicus counsel on this case and lead counsel on a companion case (Chojnacki v.
