Enhanced Health Practice Center on Bloomberg Law

The Bloomberg Law Health Practice Center has been enhanced and now includes the following content and practice tools:

Practice Pages

• The Health Practice Center now features seven new practice pages: Business & Taxation, Fraud & Abuse, Health Information & Technology, Health Insurance & Benefits, Hospital & Provider Regulation, Medicare & Medicaid, and Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences. Each practice page collects a complete set of content on a specific topic, and emphasizes content including BBNA portfolios and treatises, as well as BBNA news, insights, and practice tools.  It also allows quick access to related federal and state statutes, regulations, and agency materials in each practice area. The new practice pages can be accessed via the Practice Pages tab in the Resources section of the Health Practice Center.

Health Practice Tools

• Bloomberg Law’s Health Practice Center now features a Practice Tools section.  This new tab provides easy access to tools including checklists and forms in various topics, including Business & Taxation, Fraud & Abuse, Health Information & Technology, Health Insurance & Benefits, Hospital & Provider Regulation, Medicare & Medicaid, and Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences.

Selected State Law Materials in Health Practice Center

Selected State Law Materials are also accessible in the Resources section of the Health Practice Center.  The new tab allows quick access to 50-state surveys, BNA Law Reports, and five new chart builders which cover Health Insurance Marketplaces, Health-Care Continuation Coverage, and three on Health Benefit Mandates: Services/Supplies, Specific Treatments, and Providers/Specialists.
