Online Third Branch News

The Third Branch, the monthly newsletter of the federal Judiciary published since 1989, recently moved to an all online format –  The Third Branch News.  This online newsletter will continue to publish “top stories and feature articles … from and about the Judicial Branch of the U.S. government,” as well as provide electronic access to issues back to 1995.  Typical articles are All Federal Courts Now Accepting Electronic Filing and AO, Justice Department Jointly Recommend ESI Discovery Practices.  One can subscribe to email updates of this newsletter here.
